For medium skin tones, the color is buildable, so you can go over each area until you reach the color you like.

- Twist to Unlock – Twist the tube to open, following the guide on the back.
- Prep the Brush – Remove the cap, slide down the sleeve, and give the bristles a gentle flick to release the powder.
- Check for Powder – Ensure powder is visible in the tips of the bristles.
- Buff It In – Apply directly to skin in circular motions, layering as needed.

Dermatologists recommend SPF 30 for daily use. In and out of the house, in and out of the car, walking the dogs, walking kidst to school, running errands—SPF 30 should be your daily companion. Reapply at least every 2 hours and you are doing great things for your skin!
It is made for all skin types. Because it is a dry powder and is non-comedogenic, it is great for oily and acne-prone skin. The hydrating and emollient ingredients make it great for dry skin types as well, keeping the powder from being overly drying to the skin. Sensitive types will love the gentle ingredients, the soft synthetic bristles and the lack of chemical sunscreen actives.
When you buff your Brush On Block on your skin (in a circular motion) be sure that you are covering each part multiple times. You can see what your skin should look at by applying to the back of one hand and then comparing it to your other hand.

Yes, but… There is nothing wrong with applying the powder to your body—especially really exposed areas like the tops of your feet, knees and shoulders, but to use it as your primary sunscreen all over your body would take a very long time and use your powder quite quickly. That’s up to you, though! We designed Brush On Block for face, neck, arms and hands, plus those places that need a little extra coverage.
