- Shake well before use.
- Spray directly onto your skin and rub in evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure.
- To apply to face, spray into hands and rub onto face.
- Reapply at least every 2 hours.
- Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, and immediately after towel drying.
