Honey Cinnamon Nutmeg Face Mask
This face mask can brighten skin, clear breakouts and even skin tone. Cinnamon is a natural antiseptic that can reduce the bacteria on the surface of your skin, preventing pimples and breakouts. Combine one teaspoon of nutmeg, one teaspoon of cinnamon, two tablespoons of honey and stir. Wear the mask for up to 20 minutes and rinse with warm water.
Hydrating Homemade Chocolate Mask
Chocolate hydrates, lifts, rejuvenates and tones skin for a fresh feel that smells amazing! For this mask, combine one tablespoon of melted chocolate, one tablespoon of olive oil and one egg yolk. Spread the mixture on your face and neck, and wear it for up to 15 minutes (maybe while soaking in a nice warm bath?). Rinse with warm water.
Peppermint and Honey Facial Toner
This mask combines one tablespoon of honey, 1/3 cup of warm water, ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar and five drops of peppermint essential oils. Honey is a great exfoliator, while apple cider vinegar can help restore skin’s natural pH balance and reduce red marks and blemishes. Mint has nourishing and hydrating properties—plus it is the quintessential scent of the holidays!
